Child and Adolescent Mental Health Support Worker

">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions, focusing on the emotional regulation and resilience of children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to design and implement tailored treatment plans, addressing the unique needs of each client.
- Ensure seamless coordination of care, maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders and promoting a culture of transparency and trust.
What You'll Need:
">- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a therapeutic or behavior management setting.
- A Level 4 qualification or higher in a relevant field (e.g., child development, psychology, social work).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our clients and their families.
