- You will work closely with clients to identify their strengths and challenges, developing tailored support plans that cater to their unique needs.
- In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for sourcing activities, managing budgets, and assisting with personal care (dependent on need).
- With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to provide seamless support to our clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 6 months of care experience is essential for this position, with ideal candidates having a driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
- An up-to-date DBS certificate is also required.
- As a self-motivated and responsible individual, you must be willing to travel and have good time management skills.
