Mental Health Support Specialist

As a Mental Health Support Specialist at Cardea Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals in the community who require assistance with their mental health needs. This rewarding position involves working with clients in their homes or community settings, promoting social inclusion and encouraging independence within everyday tasks.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with clients to identify their strengths and challenges, developing tailored support plans that cater to their unique needs.
- In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for sourcing activities, managing budgets, and assisting with personal care (dependent on need).
- With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to provide seamless support to our clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 6 months of care experience is essential for this position, with ideal candidates having a driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
- An up-to-date DBS certificate is also required.
- As a self-motivated and responsible individual, you must be willing to travel and have good time management skills.
