Academics is seeking a Mental Health Support Specialist to join their team in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for Psychology/Criminology graduates to build experience in occupational therapy, art therapy, and speech and language therapy.

The role involves providing social and emotional mental health support to children with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have a degree and level 3 qualifications, with personal or voluntary experience in SEN or mental health desirable but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a full-time contract with Monday to Friday working hours.

Suitable candidates will be passionate about supporting children with varying needs and have a flexible and open-minded approach. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with colleagues, parents, and carers.
