About the Job

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students who require additional help with their social, emotional, and mental health needs. This may involve developing and implementing personalized strategies to promote self-regulation, encouraging positive relationships, and providing emotional support during challenging situations.

  • Providing support to students with SEMH and personal needs
  • Assisting with self-regulation activities and techniques
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement support plans
  • Offering emotional support and guidance to students
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with vulnerable children or young people
  • A passion for supporting emotional wellbeing and promoting positive relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
What We Offer

This is a permanent, full-time position available immediately. The estimated salary for this role is £85-120 per day, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
