Community Care Worker

Cardea Healthcare is seeking a skilled Community Care Worker to join our team as an Adults Mental Health Support Worker. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work directly with adults in the community who require assistance with their mental health needs.

- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their homes or community settings, promoting social inclusion, and sourcing activities that enhance their quality of life.

- Your ability to manage challenging situations and behaviours will be invaluable in this role.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.50.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of care experience.
- Ideal candidates have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
