About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Drive to and from client locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in domiciliary or home care.
  • Qualifications: Must hold a valid Care Certificate.
  • Driving License: A full, clean driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
