Support Worker in Rehabilitation Services

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate safe patient transitions and ensure continuity of care.
  • Utilize equipment and mobility aids effectively and safely to support patient mobility and daily living activities.
Education and Training Requirements

A Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma or equivalent is essential for this role, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £27,500 - £30,500, based on industry standards and the level of expertise required to excel in this position.
