About Solo Support Services

We are a dedicated team providing 24-hour care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Your Role

We are seeking a calm, friendly, and flexible Personal Assistant to join our team and support an individual with cerebral palsy, severe dystonia, and a profound learning disability.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to ensure the individual's safety and well-being while assisting with personal and medical care, including PEG feeding, medication, mobility, and communication.

Your Skills and Experience

We require a caring and patient individual with a calm and flexible nature who can adapt to the individual's complex needs and ways of communicating.

You will be supported to get to know the individual and the team through meetings, shadowing, and a bespoke training programme, including mandatory and specialised training.
