Sales and Administration Support Specialist

Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC is a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands. As a Sales Administrator, you will be part of a collaborative team of over 6,000 visionaries, doers, and makers.
About the RoleThis fixed-term contract position offers an attractive salary and benefits package, including competitive pay, employee assistance program, life assurance, and discounted Edgewell branded products.
The ideal candidate will have sales support or administration experience within a commercial or consumer goods company, with strong numerical and analytical skills, computer literacy using Microsoft Office products, and data analysis experience.
You will be responsible for proactively supporting the administration of sales teams in North West Europe, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining EPOS trackers. This role also involves planning, delivering, and evaluating promotions, as well as supporting demand planning processes.

Key Responsibilities- Support the Bulldog Business Account Managers in promotional administration, including settling customer accounts
- Maintain accurate invoicing and flag any issues to account managers
- Keep EPOS trackers up to date and raise purchase orders as needed
- Own the planning, delivery, and post-evaluation of promotions
- Support demand planning processes
