Academic Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic academic support worker to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a temporary graduate teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to provide additional help.
  • Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Support students with special educational needs or disabilities.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Salary:

£24,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata).
