We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Children's Services Worker to join our team and provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily lives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
- Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual
- Supporting individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
