We are seeking dedicated and experienced Residential Childrens support workers/Team Leaders to join our new home start-up in the London area.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure care plans, risk assessments and key working sessions are up to date and effectively implemented daily, representing best practice and reflective of the child's views, wishes and feelings.
  • We expect you to model best practices approach and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for children.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£35,000 per annum.

You must have relevant experience in a similar role and hold a recognised qualification in childcare or youth work.
