Support Worker for Mental Health Services
Cardea Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with mental health needs in their own homes or community settings.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality support to clients to improve their overall well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform service development.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months care experience
- Valid driving license and access to own vehicle (desired)

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
