This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant at a school in High Wycombe, working with vulnerable children who require additional support to achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting young people with SEMH and personal needs, with a strong understanding of safeguarding processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with elements of personal care when needed, while also assisting them with self-regulation activities and techniques to achieve calm and regulated moods in the school environment.
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that each student receives the necessary support to access their learning and development opportunities.
