Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Youth Development Coordinator to join our team at Academics Ltd.

As a Youth Development Coordinator, you will work with students who face significant challenges, including mental health difficulties, to achieve their academic goals.

You will develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement, attendance, and participation in learning activities.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a real impact on the lives of our students.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Duties:

  • To develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation
  • To work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify areas where students may require additional support
  • To provide emotional support and guidance to students in a one-to-one setting
