Join Our Team as an Aspiring Youth Justice Officer

We are seeking an Aspiring Youth Justice Officer to join our team at Academics Ltd. In this role, you will provide holistic support to secondary-aged students with EHCPs, Autism, OCD, and social anxiety. You will engage in physical work, adapt to anti-social behaviour, and implement various therapies. A salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting students with complex needs.
  2. Engaging in physical activities to promote academic progress.
  3. Adapting to challenging behaviours and providing emotional support.
  4. Implementing therapies and holistic practices.
  5. Addressing needs related to Pathological Demand Avoidance and Pervasive Developmental Disorder.
