Behaviour Support Role

In this challenging position, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support students with special educational needs (SEN), and a range of associated social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges and traumas.

Your role will involve identifying risks and needs, escalating where necessary, and providing consistency to equip children and young people with tools to feel safe, secure, empowered, and believe they can succeed in life.

This opportunity will give you excellent practical experience working with vulnerable, hard-to-reach students before embarking on a career in outreach or for non-profit organisations. It is also suitable for aspiring Probation Officers, Prison Officers, and Youth Justice Workers.
