About the Role:
As a Residential Childrens support worker/Team Leader, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of the children.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure care plans, risk assessments and key working sessions are up to date and effectively implemented daily, representing best practice and reflective of the child's views, wishes and feelings.
- You will also be responsible for modelling best practices approach and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for children.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£35,000 per annum.
