We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Mental Health Policy Strategist. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing policies that improve mental health services in Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, healthcare providers, and community groups
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive mental health strategies and service plans
  • Promote evidence-based practices and advocate for the needs of individuals and communities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and programmes

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. A strong understanding of mental health policy and service delivery is essential, as well as the ability to think critically and creatively.

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The salary range for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a generous annual leave package, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
