We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Mentor to join our team at Academics LTD in High Wycombe.

As a Mental Health Mentor, you will have the privilege of working closely with young people with mental health challenges, providing them with the support, guidance, and encouragement they need to overcome adversity and thrive.

You will create a safe and non-judgmental space for students to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and provide them with practical tools and strategies to manage their mental health and wellbeing.

The estimated salary for this position is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support students' mental health and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.

  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and guardians to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
