- Main Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with household tasks such as grocery shopping and laundry, as well as social activities.
- Support clients with meal preparation at appropriate times when required.
- Provide mental and emotional support to clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery.
About You:
- You must be able to commute or relocate to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
- A UK driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
- High proficiency in IT and MS Office is a must-have.
