Mental Health Specialist for Children

As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner with our Buckinghamshire CAMHS team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health services to children and young people. Our team is dedicated to improving services for this age group, and we're seeking an experienced professional to join us. With a competitive salary package of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
Responsibilities:- Assessing and developing care plans for children and their families.
- Delivering evidence-based interventions to promote mental well-being.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
To succeed in this role, you'll need relevant professional qualifications, current registration, and a postgraduate qualification in therapeutic modalities. Experience in care coordination, case load management, and working with children and families is essential. We also value risk assessment and management skills, effective communication skills, and knowledge of evidence-based interventions.
