About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and evolving team as a Clinical Specialist. You will be responsible for delivering high quality assessments to children and young people aged 0-19, working collaboratively with service users, families and relevant others.
Key Responsibilities- To assess and manage risk, ensuring the safety of children and young people
- To develop and implement effective treatment plans, working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- To provide clinical supervision to junior staff members, promoting their professional development
- A postgraduate diploma (or above) in a subject relevant to the area of practice
- Substantial clinical experience of working in a specialist area, preferably in a CAMHS setting
- Experience of assessing and managing risk, including safeguarding and clinical risk assessment and management
