Mental Health Champion Programme Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced youth practitioner to join our team as Project Coordinator – Mental Health Youth Champions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in education facilitation, training, or workshop delivery and be able to design and deliver engaging training sessions for young people.
Responsibilities include coordinating the delivery of the YMHC programme, working closely with schools and community organisations, and evaluating programme impact. Additional responsibilities include supporting young people in completing accredited qualifications, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the growth and sustainability of the programme.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, a strong understanding of safeguarding and youth development principles, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
