About the Opportunity:

">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Design and deliver individualized treatment plans, focusing on the emotional regulation and resilience of children and adolescents.
- Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to address the unique needs of each client, promoting a seamless transition between services.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development, staying abreast of best practices and research in the field of emotional wellbeing and mental health.
What We're Looking For:
">- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a therapeutic or behavior management setting.
- A Level 5 qualification or higher in a relevant field (e.g., child development, psychology, social work).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trust with clients, families, and colleagues, and navigate complex situations with ease.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our clients and their families.
