We are seeking a Practice Support Assistant to join our team at Hamilton Specialist Referrals.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional client care, support the veterinary team, and contribute to the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients.
- Manage incoming telephone calls and maintain accurate records.
- Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks.
- Prior experience in customer service or reception desk roles.
- Preferred experience working in an animal care environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum.
- 6.6 weeks annual leave.
