About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Leadership Manager to join our team at Crossroads Veterinary Centre in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, enhancing team engagement, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leadership, operational management, and achieving financial targets. They should also possess experience in IT, HR, and H&S, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time role consisting of 40 hours per week, over 5 days, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The estimated salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front-of-house reception team and admin team
  • Prepare monthly payroll, manage holiday cover, process overtime, company sick pay, and SSP payments
  • Oversight of diary schedules, practice health and safety, facilities, and equipment
  • Participate in annual pay review and staff cost budget process, conduct appraisals, and performance management
  • Collaborate with Operations team to plan and promote practice events
  • Manage client complaints
