Store Manager Opportunity at M&S Opticians

M&S Opticians is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in High Wycombe. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our optical practice by delivering exceptional patient care and service delivery.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a managerial role within an optical or healthcare setting, with a strong track record of leadership and team management. They will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of optometrists, hearing aid audiologists, and optical assistants to ensure the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and service delivery
  • Develop and implement business strategies aimed at expanding the practice's patient base and market presence
  • Drive brand awareness through in-store marketing activity and collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business strategies
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Optical and Hearing Practice whilst delivering industry-leading patient care

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within an optical or healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
  • Solid understanding of practice operations, industry regulations, and business development
