About the Opportunity

M&S Opticians seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to lead and manage a team of optometrists, hearing aid audiologists, and optical assistants.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Foster a positive customer experience by ensuring a welcoming environment, addressing concerns, and providing timely services.
  3. Store Performance: Analyze data to drive store profitability, make informed decisions, and implement strategies to improve performance.
  4. Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute in-store marketing activities to increase brand awareness and attract new patients.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven track record in an optical role with supervisory or team leadership experience.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and staff interactions.
  4. Solid understanding of practice operations, industry regulations, and business development principles.
  5. Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
