BelleVie Care is seeking compassionate and kind individuals to join our team as Wellbeing Support Workers. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users, providing them with the support and care they need to live their best lives at home.

What You Will Do
- Provide personal care and support to our service users, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility
- Assist with light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Accompany service users to medical appointments, day centers, and social activities
- Support service users in developing their skills and independence through training and education
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a compassionate and caring nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be reliable, flexible, and able to work independently. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are also required.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.00 for time spent supporting people and £11.00 for other time
- Full and part-time hours available
- Full training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality care
- Paid holiday entitlement and mileage allowance
- Opportunity to study for NVQ qualifications
