At All Care (GB) Ltd., we are seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals who provide personal care, build relationships, and make a big difference to those who need it in their own home environment.

As a Care Support Worker, you will be providing care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them with daily tasks, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks
  • Observing, monitoring, and recording client needs

Requirements:

  • Caring, kind, reliable, patient, and compassionate
  • 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
  • Authorised to work in the UK – Unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship

Shifts available:

  • 07:00am – 14:30pm
  • 14:30pm – 22:00pm

*Must be available for alternate weekends*

Benefits:

  • £11.50 per hour weekdays, £12.50 per hour weekends, and £15.00 per hour on bank holidays
  • 0.40p per mile between care calls
