About the Role:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering person-centered care and support. As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the team
