Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QSHE Manager to lead our UK operations, driving a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability. If you possess a strong background in quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with laboratory teams to ensure accurate testing and analysis of products.
  • Leading the development and implementation of corrective actions and preventative measures to minimize risk and ensure product quality.
  • Overseeing the customer complaint and CAPA processes, utilizing RCFA to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental leadership within the food industry.
  • A strong understanding of HSE principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
