About the Role

  • Leading Regional Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple stores within your region, ensuring that each location achieves its sales targets, operational standards, and customer experience goals.
  • Driving Performance: Using your commercial acumen to monitor sales and KPIs, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to improve performance across your region.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Managing, motivating, and coaching a diverse team of Store Managers and their teams to achieve both individual and collective success. You'll foster a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.
  • Implementing Strategy: Working closely with the senior leadership team to roll out regional strategies that align with the brand's long-term goals. This includes developing action plans to drive regional growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Innovation & Change Management: As a forward-thinking retailer, the company is constantly evolving. You'll play a key role in implementing new systems, processes, and ways of working to ensure your region remains ahead of the curve.
  • Customer Experience: Championing a customer-first approach, ensuring that the customer experience across all stores in your region is consistently exceptional, while driving loyalty and advocacy.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven Regional Management Experience: You've led retail operations across multiple locations and have a track record of driving performance, profitability, and team success.
  • Strong Commercial & Analytical Skills: You can interpret data and use it to make informed decisions that drive business outcomes. Budget management, forecasting, and P&L experience are essential.
  • Leadership & People Skills: A natural leader who excels at inspiring and developing teams. You're known for your ability to build strong relationships and create a positive, motivating work environment.
  • Customer-Focused: You understand the importance of delivering outstanding customer service and know how to drive a customer-centric culture across your region.
  • Passion for Innovation: You're excited about embracing new technology, ways of working, and innovative solutions to improve operational performance and the customer experience.
