Medilells is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead RMN to join our team at our private hospital in Buckinghamshire.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead a team of nursing professionals, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient care and service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Valid RMN registration.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
