Job Summary
Special School Nurse - Complex Health Needs Specialist
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Special School Nurse to join our team. As a Special School Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing of children with complex health needs in a special school setting.
Main Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for children with complex health needs
Work closely with education and other agencies to ensure children achieve their full potential
Provide training and support to school staff on managing complex health needs
Requirements
Registered Nurse Learning Disability or Registered Child branch/RSCN
Evidence of continuing professional development
Car Driver/current License
