About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at a well-respected specialist school in Winslow. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing pupils who require speech and language therapy, providing individual and group therapies, and supporting teaching staff in incorporating SALT programmes into lessons.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess pupils who require speech and language therapy
  • Provide individual and group therapies to students
  • Support teaching staff in incorporating SALT programmes into lessons
  • Provide support to parents and help them achieve communication targets at home
  • Organise and run workshops and training programmes for parents

Requirements:

  • Qualified Speech and Language Therapist
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC)
  • Experience of working with a paediatric case load is preferable
