We are seeking an experienced and skilled Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals in Buckinghamshire. This is a part-time position available for 30 hours.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote the health and well-being of school-age children and their families, utilizing digital platforms such as Health for Teens/Kids and Chat Health.
- Foster partnerships with local communities, schools, and other stakeholders to address current health issues impacting the school nursing service.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, providing guidance and support to ensure the development of skills and progress within the service.
- Registered Nurse Part 1/RSCN/RMN qualification and experience in specialist community public health nursing.
- Specialist Community Public Health Nurse School Nursing certification or degree.
- Mentorship in Clinical Practice/ENB998 certificate and Nurse Prescribing Qualification.
