We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Support Professional in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our day centre team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and elderly clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personal care, feeding, employment support, domestic skills, and activities such as arts and crafts, music, and drama. You will work closely with individuals, carers, service providers, voluntary sector professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to problem-solve and think on your feet. Your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing situations are essential in this dynamic role.
