Care and Support Worker

At Hughenden Gardens Retirement Village, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust, we are seeking a compassionate and patient Care Assistant to join our supportive team.
About the Role- We provide a domiciliary care service under one roof, eliminating the need for residents to travel.
- The successful candidate will be expected to carry out various tasks, including providing physical and personal care, supporting social activities, and promoting the well-being of residents.
We offer a range of benefits, including:

As a Care Assistant, you will work a combination of morning and evening shifts, including alternate weekends. The salary is £13.58 per hour (£11,329 pa FTE).
Requirements- Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification
- Be personable, an effective communicator, and a team player
- Possess a passion for delivering high-quality care services
- Be flexible with hours
