We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Headteacher to lead our SEMH school in Buckinghamshire. This role requires a dedicated professional who can inspire staff, positively influence students, and maintain a supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the school.
* Inspire and support staff to deliver high-quality teaching and care.
* Ensure the needs of SEMH students are met with a personalized approach.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance the school's vision.
* Act as a role model for positive leadership and resilience.

Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Headteacher or senior leader in an educational setting.
* Strong understanding of SEMH education and its challenges and opportunities.
* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
* A commitment to fostering a nurturing environment.
* Resilience and adaptability to lead in a rapidly evolving context.

Benefits:
