About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Nurse Practitioner in Community Health to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week and be responsible for promoting healthy behaviors among school-age children and their families.

You will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in the school nursing service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote healthy habits among school-age children and their families.
  2. Stay informed about current issues affecting health and healthcare services.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Salary Estimate: £40,095 - £47,344 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
