Job Summary

As a Correctional Services Professional, you will contribute to the safety and security of the public, staff, and supervisees by providing effective custody and control. Your duties will include supervising daily activities, observing and recording behavior, and maintaining secure operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide security over adult supervisees at the institution and during transport
  • Supervise daily activities and observe/record supervisee behavior
  • Maintain orderly and secure operations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend workplace policies
  • Demonstrated ability to lawfully possess a firearm in Virginia

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,480-$62,704 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide paid training, uniforms, and excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
