Job Description

D7 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Professional to join their team in Buckinghamshire. As an interim HSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing a comprehensive corrective action plan and spearheading the preparation for ISO 45001 certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement a corrective action plan addressing various health and safety risks, including racking inspection, repair, and risk reduction, comprehensive COSHH risk assessments and controls, and manual handling assessments and ergonomic solutions.
  • Spearhead the preparation for ISO 45001 certification by conducting gap analysis and implementing a tailored management system.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to all organisational levels on health and safety best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations and standards.

To succeed in this role, you will require a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety, a proven track record in HSE management within manufacturing or warehousing environments, strong expertise in ISO 45001 and management system implementation, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £420-£470 per day, depending on experience.
