Safety Training Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Training Manager to lead our safety training efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive safety training programs, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders will be essential in this position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety training plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- AET, CET, and DET (or equivalent) training qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- £50,000 - £55,000 per annum salary.
- Car allowance.
- Health and pension benefits.
Location:
London or Northern Home Counties.
