Toxicology Expert

We are seeking a Toxicology Expert to join our team at CROSS SAFETY MANAGEMENT LLC. This is a challenging role that requires strong knowledge in toxicology and ability to connect with other departments.

The Toxicologist/Safety Assessor will provide safety support for our global iconic skin care brands for everyday care in EMEA region. You will be responsible for pre-clinical safety support, developing and maintaining ingredient toxicology profiles, and acting as a safety DRI for specific products.

• Develop and maintain ingredient toxicology profiles.
• Acting as a safety DRI for specific adult (mainly) & baby skin care products and support for other brands.
• Toxicological and safety risk assessment of finished products to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

You will also be responsible for monitoring post-market data related to safety through cosmeto-vigilance program, preparation of Cosmetic Safety Assessment (CPSR), and providing guidance and support to product development teams.

• PhD, Pharmacist (PharmD) or equivalent (post-graduate qualification in toxicology).
• Strong knowledge in toxicology.
• Knowledge in clinical safety and NAMs (New Approach methodologies).
• Knowledge of the EMEA regulatory environment in cosmetic sector.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
