Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive plans for quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
- Liaise with staff members to foster a collaborative environment, encourage open communication, and promote continuous learning.
- Evaluate and report on departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
