Job Title: Senior Operating Department Practitioner

The Cherwell Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Oxfordshire, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operating Department Practitioner to join their team.

As a Senior Operating Department Practitioner at The Cherwell Hospital, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality surgical services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in theatre nursing, with experience in scrubbing, anaesthetics, and recovery. They will also possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering an outstanding patient-focused service.

In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless surgical operations and provide a safe and efficient environment for patients. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care.

We offer a competitive salary package of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave, private pension scheme, and life assurance.
