About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at the Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in theatre operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of theatre practitioners and ensuring that all surgical procedures are carried out safely and efficiently.

The Cherwell Hospital is part of the Ramsay Health Care group, which is one of the leading providers of independent hospital services in England. We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and providing a supportive working environment for our staff.

In this role, you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, including laminar airflow systems and advanced technology. You will also be able to develop your career through training and development opportunities provided by the Ramsay Academy.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of five years' experience in theatre operations and be registered with the NMC or HCPC. You will also need to have strong leadership skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
