
Senior Mental Health Specialist Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Clinical Lead to join our Compass Associates team in High Wycombe. This senior mental health leadership position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 (DOE), generous annual leave, and a range of benefits.
As Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our Eating Disorder service, including Nursing and Therapy services. Key requirements include deputising for the Hospital Director in their absence, developing and implementing hospital strategy, and ensuring the delivery of high standards of care.
To succeed in this role, you will need a valid NMC registration, significant clinical experience in eating disorders, strong knowledge of legislation and CQC requirements, and at least 2 years of management experience. A clear DBS is also required.
